Kiwifruit packs serious antioxidants and serious flavour.

 

Kiwifruit are right at home in Pemberton’s chilly winters. Our Hayward or green variety kiwifruit are famous for their sweet and tangy taste. The kiwi vines grow on hooped rows sprawled across Pemberton’s undulating countryside. Our kiwis are hand-picked from April through to June and head straight to the local shops once we’ve taken the time to ripen them.

Kiwis work in well with avocados because the bulk of the work is carried out over winter whereas avocados require most of their attention in spring and summer. This ensures our production team are always kept on their toes!
